Right from the start Colby the service person got me in right away .Very friendly and professional, as I had a bad day. My final bill was higher than the original quote, he made it right. Good end to a bad day!

I was concerned about a few lights that were coming on my dashboard after having a service done to my 2012 Rogue a few days prior, therefore I went in to have them cheched out. I was immediately approached by CJ Breen who quickly reassured me that this would be taking cared of. since it was late in the day I was expecting a long wait and was pleasantly surprised that he diligently worked to solve the issues which thank God were minor issues, nevertheless the attentions and services he provided were exceptional . I went home happy, so needless to say that I'll be back as this visit was one of many trips taken to that location were each experience is unique and satisfying.
From the second Andy from the service department answered the phone it was the best service I have had from a dealership in years,so much so I told his supervisor about him.also everyone there was so nice to me and the other customers around me I can see that they must do very well with these surveys. They didn't just hand me my keys and say, "Have a nice day", The service guy came out to my car and answered every single question that I could throw at him!
And besides that, I was a walk in customer!
