He did what he said he was going to do...assisted us despite some variance with his own work schedule there....and was very thorough helping us understand the new features of our new Rogue. In our case, he had to do some work to get a special order/model/color and he was able to pull it off quicker than we actually expected. He is a good worker and we can tell is motivated to do well for his customers. Some salespeople are high pressure and arm twisters and we did not find him to be that way at all. I accompanied my daughter to this dealership to purchase a new car. Prior to that, I had received a phone call and an internet price within 10 minutes of accessing the website--on a Sunday. (nice start!). We met Gary Munroe the next day and basically wasted no time buying a lovely new Altima. Gary is most certainly the quintessential salesperson. The whole experience was like a comfortable conversation with a good friend or a trusted family member. The financing was a little dicey due to some personal family difficulties. Now steps in Akl Dayaa. He worked soo very hard to get this car for my daughter, and he was successful. I am beyond impressed with this dealership and the professionalism shown to us. Gary even came in on his day off to go over the whole vehicle with my daughter. I'm a diehard Honda fan---now my next car will be a Nissan. And it will only be from Kelly.

Very pleased with my used car sales experience at Kelly Nissan of Beverly. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and they happened to have one on the lot (even though it wasn't a Nissan). Their quality control in selecting cars at auction is obviously high as this vehicle was in excellent condition, and had been meticulously upgraded with several important services by Kelly. After the test drive with Paul and a thorough inspection we were able to arrive at a reasonable price with an appropriate amount of negotiating. Kudos to Paul and the team for following up on their post-sale promises as well and going the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was perfect upon delivery. Six months later I've had no issues with the vehicle whatsoever, a testament to the attention to detail and care provided by Kelly upfront to ensure their customers are satisified for the long-term too.

I was a little skeptical about going to a Kelly dealership as I had an AWFUL experience at the Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield a few years back. Kelly Nissan of Beverly was a million times better!!! I dealt with Juan in a unique situation and I will say he was the BEST! He made the whole process easy and comfortable. He was a true professional. I want to thank Tom Salone and Rick Buswell, for their patience with me while I leased my new Nissan Rogue. I had been referred to Tom Salone by a friend who knew I had a lot of anxieties about the whole car buying process. My car was 10 years old with over 133,000 miles on it, and in need of replacement. I had been putting off replacing it because I was not up for the negation game. I called Tom Salone at Kelly Nissan of Beverly on a Thursday morning and spoke to him about needing a new vehicle and the reasons that I kept putting it off. He had me come in that night, explained the process, and had me test drive some SUV?s with Rick Buswell, and when I left the dealership that night I had happily leased a Rogue. The staff is very friendly and efficient, I was able to pick up my new Rogue less than 24 hours later. The whole process was stress free. Eric Gallant saw my auto approach his dealership and welcomed myself at the door. Why, because his is a true gentleman and friend. He remembers thousands of customers he has had and what people have purchased, which amazes me. I visit often whether it be for service of just to say "hello." I treasure my friendship with Eric, along with the business relationship, very deeply. This day was no different than any other, only to tell him I was in the market for a new auto, being that mine was 12 years old. The whole process was immaculate and speedy, as nothing has changed in his work ethic since I first met him, I believe 17 years ago. How do you exceed an A+ rating. His consideration of my needs, in the midst of his usual multi-tasking, was incredible as he always remains so tranquil and an avid listener. After reviewing several autos in the lot, my choice was made right behind me in the showroom. A beautiful 2013 Altima 3.5 SL. An amazing beauty. The whole process from start to finish was exactly what I expected from Kelly's and they have maintained their excellence in all areas, including the financial paperwork process with Ray L., which was thoroughly explained and easily understood by myself. Upon pickup of my auto, Tom Solone met myself in the showroom and congratulated me on the purchase and we chatted for 10 minutes or so.
