Based on my past dealership experience out of the Kelly network I have never envisioned writing an excellent review about the service department at a car dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about the Service Department at Kelly Nissan in Beverly. I also had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2014 "Nissan Versa there. Yesterday when I was on the road I noticed the alarm light on my panel telling me to check my tire pressure. I pulled over, did a visual inspection, and decided to head to Beverly as things appeared to be ok. I was welcomed by Gladys and the staff in the service department. They checked things out and I was on my way after a courtesy inspection and a short wait. I love the friendly, no hassle, no appointment service. We were interested in purchasing a Nissan Leaf. Unlike other dealers which really didn't know much about electric cars, Luis did! He was able to help me decide about the exact trim level of the Leaf which met our needs. Buying a car is never a pleasant experience. The cost is always too high and you never get what you think your trade-in is worth. With that being said we still were please with our purchase and without Luis' help we wouldn't be.
Luis also called with a follow-up asking if there is anything he can help with.
So far no.

Great experience overall! Attended to my needs promptly! Sales associate was great to work with and was very personable. He took the time to make sure I new all about my new car and how everything worked before I drove off the lot!
