My wife and I visited Kelly Nissan of Beverly a year ago when we first started looking at new cars. Eric Gallant showed us the Nissan Maxima, took us for a test drive and was very patient and informative in explaining the vehicle features. Ultimately, we decided to wait until this year to make a purchase. Upon arriving at Kelly Nissan, Eric recalled our meeting a year ago and was ready, willing and able to help me out again. I test drove the 2013 model, which continues to be a great car. Eric took the initiative to locate a car with all of the options I requested in one of the two color choices I provided him; it was a two hour drive away. Delivery was prompt and Eric has continued to check in to be sure that everything is OK with my new vehicle. I appreciate Eric's excellent service; Eric has been with Kelly Nissan of Beverly for almost 17 years and that speaks volumes. And Eric knows a lot about cars, which is important when a customer has a question about the product. While visiting the showroom, I also had the opportunity to speak with Tom Solone, the General Manager. Tom is out there, on the showroom floor, very friendly and supportive of his sales staff. And I understand Tom has been with Kelly for about 20 years. Having been there a few times now, I've found everyone I've met on this team very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the excellent service. I would highly recommend this experienced, service-oriented dealership.

He clearly explained everything, and did not pressure me in any way. He has a pleasant personality which helped a great deal. I spoke with Amanda who originally set me up with Juan as my Consultant. My experience with him was horrible. I stated that I would not be doing business with this dealership. However, Amanda assured me that she would set me up with another Consultant so I gave it another chance. Thankfully, I was set up with Veasna, who wasn't just another Consultant. He really listened to my needs. With Amanda being so willing to work with me and right the original wrong, this Team has gained a Loyal Customer who will refer family and friends to this dealership.

This was out third purchse from this dealership and are looking forward to our fourth sometime in the future. As in the past we told them what we were looking for, what we had for a downpayment and the monthly payment we wanted. There was not hassling or haggling. They simply provided us with choices of vehicles which met our criteria. There was a problem with our insurance company supplying the correct documentation needed to register our new car. Eric tried to resolve it without success, but provided us with a (very nice) loaner vehicle to use until the insurance company supplies the needed documents. We have had cars serviced at Kelly - both mechanical and body work. Everything done efficiently and done well. Cars were always ready when promised. Kudos to Eric Gallant and the entire Kelly staff.

Great experience, for the most part. The customer service was good, and Veasna helped us choose the right car for our lifestyle and wallets. The purchasing process went smoothly at first, but unfortunately there was a recording issue with the VIN number and I had to return the car after a few days while they corrected the problem. They supplied me with a rental in the meantime, which was very convenient though. They definitely tried to make things right in what is probably a very rare situation. I'd definitely go back in the future!

From the sales dept. to the service dept. Kelly Nissan has been the most professional team I ever dealt with, I just went to have an oil change and Luna from the service dept. told me in a very professional way that I need all 4 tires, been that I leased the car I asked him if I could get out of this lease and get a new car, I worked with Eric Gallant and within 1/2 hour we made a new deal. Eric's recommendation and understanding of what my needs were on a new car was very easy for me to make a decision, I didn't even need my husband to be there to help. Eric was so informative on all the questions I had, I went home with a brand new car. I will recommend Eric Gallant at kelly Nissan to anyone. Thanks Eric you are the best
